Are there returns and/or exchanges for the product I purchased?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and/or exchanges. All our products are final sale.

How long does shipping take?
Normally, for domestic purchases shipping can take anywhere between 2-5 business days after your order has been processed. For international orders shipping can take anywhere between 2-10 days and up to 24 days at most if held by customs.

Where do you ship internationally?
We only ship internationally to Canada and Korea. In the future we may begin to expand shipping all over the world!

Will I receive a tracking number?
We usually do offer tracking numbers, but only if asked. Rarely we do not receive a tracking number when shipping an order.
